Login failed
Please follow the following steps if you are having difficulty logging in to the
site:
- Step 1: Try again. Please ensure that you have typed your email address correctly
and try again.
- Step 2: Register. All users must register to gain full access to the website.
- Step 3: Contact us. If you are continuing to have difficulty, please contact us.
The training window will not open
If you are unable to view the training window, you may need to disable "ad"
or "pop-up" blocking.
How to disable pop-ups on this site only:
Option 1
- Open Internet Explorer.
- On the Tools menu, point to Pop-up Blocker, and then click on the Pop-up Blocker
settings.
- Type the address (URL) of the site in the ‘address of Web site to allow’
box, and click ‘Add.’
Option 2
- If you have a yellow bar at the top of your screen, click the yellow bar.
- Click ‘Always Allow Pop-ups from This Site.’
How to disable Pop-ups on all sites:
- Click ‘Always Allow Pop-ups from This Site.’
- Open Internet Explorer.
- On the Tools menu, point to Pop-up Blocker, and then click on ‘Turn off Pop-up
Blocker.’
The training window is open, but I am unable to view the slides.
If the training page succeeds in launching, but you receive an empty window, you
most likely need the latest Flash Player for your browser.
